Bob and Peggy's families will be here from California, Minnesota, Florida, Illinois and Missouri to gather with friends and rejoice in his life.
Food, wine, beer and soft drinks will be served while we mingle. A piano-violin trio will play. There will be a short informal program of remembrance at 3 p.m., during which anyone is welcome to share memories, stories, thoughts or readings.
The family is planning to attend the parish Mass at St. Anselm's Church, which is also on the grounds of the Priory School, at 5 p.m. Any guests so wishing are also welcome to attend.
(Updated) Directions to the Switzer House: use your favorite map-website to find the intersection of Priory Lane and South Mason Road, Creve Coeur MO 63141. Of the two entrances to the Priory Campus on Mason Road, Priory Lane is the southernmost (i.e., closest to the Interstate). There is, however, no street sign marking it. Follow Priory Lane into the center of the Priory Campus. The Switzer House will be on your left.
Parking: On Priory Lane, you will pass the tennis courts, and when you reach the "T" intersection, continue straight ahead into the main parking lot.
Handicapped parking and access: there is a small lot on the west side of the Switzer House Ii.e., the side facing Mason Road). There is a wheelchair ramp for entrance to the Switzer house on that side.
